Chief Browntoot had to keep her scouts busy this morning. She carried a bag full of crayons, drawing paper and packed lunches. She spotted Jim and Molo copying the sign. Then she saw Daisy and Sofia resting under a sunshade. Her problems were solved. “Daisy!" she said. “May the scouts copy your sign? We could sell strawberries on our bring-and-buy stall.” “As it’s the scouts, yes, you can,” said Daisy. |
The troop sat down on the pavement in front of Daisy’s
home and set to work. Chief Browntoot joined Daisy and Sofia.
